Abigail Han

Abigail Han joined the Law Offices of Brian Timothy Meyers in 2017. She is licensed to practice in Missouri, Kansas, the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri, and the United States District of Kansas District Court.

Abi has experience representing individuals and businesses from the beginning to and through trial. Her experience includes workers’ compensation, auto and truck accidents, premises liability, and medical malpractice. She also has experience with business litigation, insurance and bad faith claims, and appellate practice. She is a life-long resident of the Kansas City area and currently resides in south Kansas City with her husband.

Brian C. McCart

Brian McCart joined the Law Offices of Brian Timothy Meyers in 2008. He is a civil trial attorney licensed to practice law in Missouri. Brian focuses his practice on plaintiff’s personal injury work, including cases involving brain and spinal injuries, medical malpractice, products liability, unsafe premises, and auto and truck accidents.

Brian currently resides in the Kansas City area with his wife, Sherry, and their two children, Cole and Lea. Sherry, a pediatric nurse, also helps injured families in the Kansas City area.
